Custom make your own Stencils
Use your own artwork for laser cutting stencils for a range of fantastic applications. Your designs can be a simple shape, or a complex image – lasers cut pretty much cut anything you can draw.
We use mylar to cut stencils, but depending on your needs we can suggest alternative materials depending on the specification of the job
Top tip: Don’t forget to bridge your text when you make your file.
By bridging the letters A, B,D,O,P and Q it means you won’t lose the middle of your letters when we cut the stencil

So how is it done?
- Made from Mylar
- Made in one piece up to 3000mm x 1300mm.
- Make multi-layered – use as many colours and textures as needed.
If you need larger sizes we can simply cut your design in sections and use registration points to join pieces together. We can also convert your artwork into a stencil format ready for laser cutting if you are struggling.
